Did some one say Spirooli ??

WHOO HOO.. yes I did.. and yes.. I am the proud owner of a shiny  new Spirooli.. courtesy of my honey.. it was a Hanukkah gift ..   🙂

So whats a Spirooli?   Its a Veggie cutting gadget ( it is what it is) .. it  turns  basic veggies into spirals of pure delight.. think zucchini/squash spaghetti, perfect cucumber garnish or beets and carrot slaw.. the possibilities are endless..

I will be MOSTLY using it for raw/veggie spaghetti dishes..  heres a sample how to  look  of a recent dish I made. (see pics at left) ..

Zucchini and Squash Spaghetti with Avocado and Tomato

• 1 zucchini – not peeled / raw
• 1 yellow squash – not peeled /raw
• 1 avocado – diced
• 10 cherry tomatoes – cut in half
• Extra virgin olive oil drizzle
• Sea salt and pepper to taste

Easy, Raw and Yummy.. ENJOY

BTW..  you can buy this gadget for under $40.. what more could you ask for?
