Go Bananas….for a frozen creamy healthy treat.

Cant get simpler or yummier…

2 Frozen Bananas  (cut up  and peel  before you freeze them )

1/2 cup of  almond, soy, hemp, or whatever kind of milk you choose.. water would work too but less creamy..   FYI   I chose almond… (add more liquid if you want softer but only a little at a time. )

Blend on high.. add bits of banana at a time so not to overwhelm your (regular) blender.. UNLESS you have a vitamix or other brand high speed blender…then throw in as much as it takes.. blend HIGH..

Top with nuts, honey, or eat as its..
