salmon fillet with edamame and tomato


Whole Food Ingredients:
  • 1 cup frozen edamame
  • 10- 15 cherry tomatoes
  • 2 salmon filet
  • 3 cups baby spinach
Serves 2
  • steam/boil edamame in water
  • sear salmon in skittle ( I use avocado oil)
  • cut tomato’s in half
  • sautee baby spinach in pan ( with avocado oil)
Plate Salmon on top of baby spinach with edamame and tomato on top..  salt / pepper to taste !   Create a great day !
