Whole Food Ingredients:
- 2 lbs boneless chicken breast /trimmed/cubed
- 1 medium sweet onion /chopped
- 2tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 lb black dry beans
- 2 lbs sweet potatoes/peeled and cubed2 tbsp chilly pepper
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 32 oz chicken broth
- 3 bay leaves
- Approx 6 portions
Quick and Easy Preparation:
- Add all ingredients in crock pot except olive oil, onions and garlic
- In sep pan, sautee onions with garlic until onions are translucent
- Once onions are just translucent, add with garlic to the crockpot
- Set Crockpot to High for 2 hours stirring once or twice.. then lower heat to Med for 6 hours or low for 8 to 9 hours.. Go to work, sleep or just hang out.. when you come back.. YUMMO.
